The challenge of successfully recruiting new staff has grown over the past 20 years as demand outstrips supply for the competent and motivated individuals required in today's rapidly changing markets.
Since the 'Oil Boom' of the 1970s, conditions have never been more difficult to attract quality expatriate staff to the Arabian Gulf region due to a number of factors - the current geo-political conditions, remuneration affected by the low US dollar, buoyant employment conditions in most domestic employment markets and strong competition from Asia.
Our Auckland office is strategically located to allow us to communicate with job seekers ranging from Canada/USA through to South Africa, the United Kingdom and the Middle East during their daytime hours. Alternatively, we can now communicate with our job seekers and clients from other time zones from our new Arabian Gulf office.
This is why our clients utilise the services of Expat Careers International Ltd to ensure they attract the most suitably qualified and experienced individuals, regardless of their location in the world.
