Terms of BusinessExpat Careers International operates under a Standard Recruitment Services Agreement which may be obtained with our Schedule of Fees by completing the enquiry form below. We also operate on client generated contracts if this is the preferred arrangement. Upon accepting a recruitment assignment, we will work to an agreed recruitment programme and the charging basis will be as follows: Fees are invoiced in two installments (Stage 1, upon Contract Signature, Stage 2, upon commencement of appointment).This ensures you are only paying for results, and we are paid as we incur our costs. Invoices are due for payment by electronic funds transfer within 20 days of invoice date. We undertake to replace an appointee, if they resign or are found unsuitable within the first three months of their contract, subject to invoices being paid within our Terms of Business. Travel and Visa assistance We are highly experienced in arranging travel from country of origin to the host country, where travel agents may be familiar with their own regions plus international travel, but they often lack sufficient information of domestic travel and connections at the other end. We arrange travel only upon prior authorisation and payment of airfares and associated costs. We also work closely with embassies to arrange visit and work visas, particularly for those candidates travelling to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
