#1123 ADVISOR OPERATIONS
Our international Mining client has recently commissioned a new Open Pit phosphate mine and is building up production and developing national staff in anticipation of moving from a contracted to company managed operation within the next 5 years.
To achieve these objectives, they now wish to engage three key senior advisory managers to assist the incumbent national managers bring the mine and beneficiation plants up to full production levels and, train and develop future management. These roles are;
Advise the GM Operations in the overall operations, maintenance and administration, of the business, and strategic management during this phase. This will require a degree qualified manager with at least 25 years experience in a large-scale phosphate mining operation.
We are seeking an individual with excellent leadership skills, a culturally aware mentor and talent developer, with a strong track record in P&L management, and operational excellence.
