#1124 BENEFICIATION PLANT ADVISOR
Our international Mining client has recently commissioned a new Open Pit phosphate mine and is building up production and developing national staff in anticipation of moving from a contracted to company managed operation within the next 5 years.
To achieve these objectives, they now wish to engage three key senior advisory managers to assist the incumbent national managers bring the mine and beneficiation plants up to full production levels and, train and develop future management. This role involves;
Work with the Beneficiation Ops Manager directing the 150 staff in the crusher and plant operations -flotation, crushing, grinding through to finished concentrates.
We require a degree qualified person with 15+ years extractive metallurgy experience, capable of working in a remote site and able to lead, mentor and develop staff.
