#1125 MINE OPS ADVISOR
Our international Mining client has recently commissioned a new Open Pit phosphate mine and is building up production and developing national staff in anticipation of moving from a contracted to company managed operation within the next 5 years.
To achieve these objectives, they now wish to engage three key senior advisory managers to assist the incumbent national managers bring the mine and beneficiation plants up to full production levels and, train and develop future management.
Open Pit Shovel and Truck mining operation. Assist develop and implement mine plans, and develop team planning capabilities. Supervise mine contractor, and develop, mentor and train future mine management team.
We require a degree qualified mining engineer with 15+ years experience in similar mines.
